Abstract
This research is regarding The Qualifications of Mobile Phone Pulse as Law Object. The problem of this research is how the qualifications of mobile phone pulse as law object and how (levering) handover in the event of buying and selling pulse. This type of research used is normative, as a legal research done by examining the literature or secondary data.This research uses the approach of legislation and conceptual approaches, legal materials used are the primary legal materials, namely Constitution of 1945, Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection, Law No. 7 of 2014 on Trade and the latter Law No. 11 of 2008 on Information and Electronic Transactions. Secondary legal materials are legal and non-legal opinion from the literature, the results of research related to information obtained from informants.The result showed that pulse was moving objects intangible such elements and data sources to transmit information. Pulse contained characteristics as its consequence objects could be objects of property rights when there was submission based on a civil event that was pulses buying-selling to transfer property rights and transferable. The conclusion of the first research result concluded The Qualifications of Mobile Phone Pulse as law object was that mobile phone pulse qualified as law object because the pulse is moving objects intangible technically pulse form elements and data sources to send an information comprising a facility to communicate, so it can be used as an object of transaction or legal relationship and pulse contains characteristics as a consequence of objects can be objects of property rights when the submission is based on an event that is selling civil pulses to the transfer of property rights and transferable. The results of the second research was pulse (levering) handover in the event of buying and selling carried out by a procedure such as filling a specific code that is unique to each provider. Proof of delivery in the form of a report from the provider to both the seller and the buyer that contain delivery or delivery has been done pulse. Pulse delivery report is valid evidence in the Act ITE.
