Abstract

This sort of thing impede law enforcement officials acted quickly to handle the conflict not to harm the victim. but it is not rare to find a situation where victims of crimes of domestic violence there who dared to denounce the case to the police in the hope that reason follow varies for example because they are not resistant to the conditions continue to be tortured.
