Abstract

A judge must consider the various aspects of the verdict to the child, so the child would return to live their lives in a society unencumbered; because of the children are the future successors to the struggle of the nation. The purpose of this study was to determine the basis of the consideration of the judges in decisions on children as narcotics dealers and to determine the factors that cause children to be drug dealers. This type of research in the writing of this law is a normative legal writing, the study of positive law in the form of legislation by examining the legal norms in force. Data analysis methods used by processing and analyzing the data that have been obtained during the study is qualitative analysis, the analysis is done by assembling data already collected systematically, in order to get an idea of what is being investigated. Method of thinking used in the conclusion is the deductive method, the inference of knowledge of a general nature, are then used to assess an event of a special nature.
