Abstract

The legal research that titled the juridical review toward statutory regulation to child abortion victims at Special Region of Yogyakarta, this research is discussing about the existing of synchronization between UU No. 36 years 2009 about health and UU No. 35 years 2014 about the amendment of UU NO. 23 years 2002 about child protection that related with child abortion victims at Special Region of Yogyakarta with the effort and barriers of POLDA DIY in giving protection to child abortion victims at Special Region of Yogyakarta. This research purpose is to understanding whether there is exist the synchronization between Child Protection Act and Health Act and understanding the effort and barriers of POLDA DIY in giving protection to child abortion victims at Special Region of Yogyakarta. This method that used in this law research is normative research method by focusing on positive norm with using secondary data as main data and primary data as support data. This research result is in juridical manner POLDA DIY prioritizing protection to child abortion victims at Special Region of Yogyakarta. If the subject is equivocates that these abortion is performed that has suitable with the regulations, so POLDA will investigating whether these abortion has fulfilling the regulations. The barrier is less of society’s role in protecting the child abortion victims at Special Region of Yogyakarta.
