Abstract

The legal writing entitled THE TASK AND FUNCTION OF LAND CERTIFICATE ISSUER ON DEED SELL AND PURCHASE IN ORDER TO CREATE ORDERLY OF LAND ADMINISTRATION IN SINTANG REGENCY THE PROVINCE OF KALIMANTAN BARAT. The set law problems are: How does the task and function of land certificate issuer on deed sell and purchase ownership in Sintang regency the province of Kalimantan Barat? and what is the task and function of land certificate issuer on deed sell and purchase ownership in order to create orderly of land administration in Sintang regency the province of Kalimantan Barat have been orderly of land administration? The legal writing is a law empirical research. The conclution of this legal writing are the task and function at land certificate issuer in Sintang regency on deed sell and purchase ownership has been accordance with the Government Regulation Number 37 of 1998 by helping the head of Sintang district land office on transfering rights, especially sell and purchase and the task and function at land certificate issuer in Sintang regency on deed sell and purchase ownership has shown the orderly of land administration it is evident that in 2014 that has registered the transfer of property rights for the sale and purchase is equal to 99%.
