Abstract

This legal writing, entitled Implementation of Compensation in Land Acquisition for The Construction of The Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) In Lebak Bulus South Jakarta. This legal writing is to discusses whether the implementation of the compensation in land acquisition for the construction of pathways Mass Rapid Transit in Lebak Bulus, South Jakarta are in accordance with Presidential Decree Number 71 of 2012. This research uses empirical legal research which is conducted sociologically that includes research on the identification of legal and research on the effectiveness of the law. In conducting this research, the data were collected by both the speakers and respondents in general and then analyzed by narrowing covered. The primary data in this study are the data that are specially related to land acquisition for the construction of Mass Rapid Transit lines in Lebak Bulus, South Jakarta. The conclusions of this research is The Implementation Of The Compensation For The Construction Of Mass Rapid Transit lines in Lebak Bulus South Jakarta generally in accordance with a presidential decree Number 71 of 2012 on the organization of procurement of land for development in the public interest. In the procurement of land for the construction of the mass rapid transit in Lebak Bulus South Jakarta based on data obtained from the respondents or the holder of property rights that the land affected by land acquisition for the construction of the mass rapid transit in Lebak Bulus South Jakarta. The society had received a compensation payment, they were is satisfied against compensation given by the government because they felt the provision of compensation given deserved and felt that their economic life got better than before their land affected by land acquisition for the construction of mass rapid transit lines.
