Abstract

Legal writing is titled “ The Implementation Of The Provisions Of Employees Overtime Salary PT. Danamon Banks In The District Sekadau.” The legal issues in legal writing is how the implementation provision of overtime salary for employees of PT. Danamon Banks in Sekadau. Legal writing is done by the authors aimed to know and analyze how the implementation of the provision of overtime salary in PT. Danamon Banks in Sekadau. Type of research conducted is empirical legal research is focused on the behavior of public law, this research is conducted direcly to the respondent as the main data is supported with secondary data. Research carrid out by field studies through interviews with sources and distributing questionnaires to employees. The reseach sampel was determined by purposive sampling method or sampling members of the population who have the same characteristics . Data were obtained and compiled from the results of the study, analyzed qualitatively. The author the analyzis can be concluded that the prosedures for implementing the system of overtime and overtime salary PT. Danamon Banks held on weekdays (Monday-Friday) is not accordance with Article 6 and Article 7 of Decree of the Minister of Manpower and Transmigration No Kep- 102/MEN/VI/2004 of Overtime Work and Overtime Salary.
