Abstract

This thesis written about the impact of violence to the children in the house. Children as youth generation of nation have the right to life, grow, and get the education properly, which were parents, family, ad society have to respect to the right of children. Although sometimes they often don't care with it. Here, the institution of law and the judge have to do distinctly in taking the result of giving the punishment of violation in the right of children. The goal this is given the opinion to the judge to analyze through a case. The judge had to do accurate and careful in analyze the rule of law. The research that have done is a normative research of law which is focused on the norm and also the object of law as the main data. They getting from rule and books that consist of the rule, that had to fine the truth from the research that have done. The writer made a research in the court Yogyakarta. The result of this is that the judge in given the punishment to the doer of criminal often used the rule of protecting children. Finally, the writer try to give a suggestion to the judge for taking a punishment to the doer to criminal, especially to the parent which should obedient to the rule of deleting violence in the house.
