Abstract

Writer take on titles stuck credit resolution on bail fictitious in a retail credit , according to background bank branch of the bri merauke using the responsibility of security in early credit agreement to complete about stuck credit .The formulation problems in talking about how bank effort in solving stuck credit associated with a fictitious object bail on retail credit agreement . The methodology used type empirical so it takes primary data as a source of the main databank and secondary data as a source of the supporting data .The data analyzed in qualitative and uses the think inductive .Based on data produce results research that bank branch of the bri merauke always give priority to the meetings to completion stuck credit , the new execution taken when deliberation not be reached .The use of collateral in credit agreement early if not in accordance with the principle of public order to cancel by law . Suggestions in give writer to bank branch of the bri merauke insurance should use in early credit agreement must be more meticulous and better keep the right to choose to all sides the protection and legal certainty.
