Abstract

Employee commitment to organization is important thing which need to be developed. Employee with high level of commitment will bring positive contribution to the organization. Employee with high level of commitment will work harder to make the organization be successful. This research conducted to analyze affective commitment level of parttime and full-time employee in Gembira Loka Zoo. The sample of this research was 127 employee of Gembira Loka Zoo. Data analysis method used in this research are descriptive analysis and independent sample t-test analysis. The result of this research are : 1) The overall part-time employee of Gembira Loka Zoo have high commitment level towards organization. 2) The overall part-time employee of Gembira Loka Zoo have high commitment level towards organization. 3) Full-time employee have higher commitment level towards organization compared to part-time employee.
