Abstract
All activities related to registration of Fiduciary Transfer of Ownership formerly done in Fiduciary Registration Office. Then to improve service of Fiduciary Transfer of Ownership registration easily, quickly and low cost, then the service needs to be done electronically. The title of this legal research is “Task Execution of Fiduciary Registration Office to The Implementation of The Administrative System Fiduciary Transfer of Ownership Registration Electronically (Online System) in The Provinces of a Special Region Yogyakarta. This legal research aims to know how task execution of fiduciary registration office to the implementation of the administrative system fiduciary transfer of ownership registration electronically (online system) in the Provinces of a Special Region Yogyakarta. This legal research uses empirical research method with primary data and secondary data. The process of thinking is deductive. The conclusion in this legal research is Fiduciary Registration Office has a task that already executed by accordingly with legislation, but there is a task that not yet executed well which is checking authority list of burdened objects with Fiduciary Transfer of Ownership electonically.
