Abstract

The title of this research is the Mechanism of enforcing disipline of civil servants in the Province of Papua after the enactment of law number 5 of 2014 on Civil State Aparatus. The objective of this research are to know and The mechanism of enforcing disipline of civil servants in the Province of Papua after the enactment of law number 5 of 2014 on Civil State Aparatus, to knowing and analyzed the constraints of Mechanism of enforcing disipline of civil servants in the Province of Papua and to knowing and analyzed efforts to overcome these obstacles. This research is a normative legal research using secondary data as main data.Interviewwere conducted with Head of Administration, Regional Office Staffing and Head of Administration, State Office Staffing Papua Province and Sub-Head of Performance Apparatus in Papua Province. The research resultare that Mechanism of enforcing disipline of civil servants in the Province of Papua after the enactment of law number 5 of 2014 on Civil State Aparatus has implemented by way of sosialization and disipline of civil servants related to the enforcement of sanctions.
