Abstract

This research examines the guidance done in LPKA Kutoarjo covering Formal Education and Non Formal Education. Formal education that is pledged in LPKA Kutoarjo follows the national curriculum. Formal education is done by doing teaching and learning activities in LPKA. In addition there is also a program pursue package A, B, and C. In conducting guidance in the form of formal education in LPKA Kutoarjo. In conducting guidance by providing formal education the LPKA also conducts an MOU with the education department in the form of an aviation method. This method of affiliation has the meaning of a process in which the correctional students are made official school students appointed by the Central Java Education Office. In addition to formal formation, prison students also receive spiritual coaching. Spiritual guidance is done by inviting or bringing religious leaders to the respective religions adopted by the correctional students. In addition to formal education and spiritual education, LPKA Kutoarjo also provides Non Formal education for the correctional students they are developing. Non-formal education in the form of training to realize business independence
