Abstract

The Land as a national natural resource is way to operate all the activities of people's life and It's very important role for human survival. generally, It Starts from a place which made on the ground such as sport facilities, school, and sacred building and places of worship through the way it called The Land of Wakaf. The land of Wakaf in Islam is recommended to endowment for getting closer to Allah SWT because it gives the property for free responsibility so it gets many provide benefit for public interest. The Land of Wakaf has helped a lot of development in Indonesia, both in human resource development and in the development of social resource. Most of the land that is used for house of worship, Islamic college, and other Islamic institution are built on wakaf land. It is Important to know whether the land has been listed as a wakaf land or not on the list because There are many buildings that stand on it. The land of Wakaf for worship intererst should be registered so that the rule of administration of the land and wakaf land have a strong legal force and can be protected by the government.
