Abstract
This study entitled the Procurement Of Land Village Culture For Constraints Of Cultivation In Cultivation Of Kedulan Temple As Educational Object In Sleman Regency. The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the Procurement Of Land Village Culture For Constraints Of Cultivation In Cultivation Of Kedulan Temple As Educational Object In Sleman Regency. The research method is normative legal research that focuses on positive legal norms in the form of legislation. The data used in normative legal research is secondary data. Secondary data from primary legal material is the legal material obtained from the legislation. Secondary law is a legal opinion that provides guidance as well as an explanation of the primary legal material. With the result that the procurement of village cash land for the benefit preservation of cultural heritage Kedulan Temple as an object of education in Sleman Regency, is a procurement with a land rent system.
