Abstract
The thesis entlited Legal review of Advocates for Violating a Code of ethics related to freedom of defense for Case Study of Decision Number. 9/ Pid- Sus-TPK/ 2018/ PN Jkt.Pst. The purpose of this thesis is to known to review legally the Advocate for the Violation of the Code of Ethics related to Freedom of Defense for Case Study of Decision Number. 9 / Pid.Sus-TPK / 2018 / PN Jkt.Pst. This thesis used primary data and secondary data. Primary data consist positive legal norms. Secondary data consist literalure, , legal facts from interviewees , and documents. The writer used literature study and interview for collecting data methods. Positive legal norms as a primary data analytics consist description , systematization the positive legal norms, legal norm interpretation, and evaluate the positive legal norms. For the secondary data analytical, writer used compairing between arguments to know the different and equaiton arguments for study the primary data. This thesis use deductive method to make a conclution. The conclution this thesis that The Advocate who is the Defendant in Decision Number 9 / Pid. Sus-TPK / 2018 / PN Jkt.Pst no longer has immunity rights.
