Abstract

The title of this legal research is the implementation of compensation in the procurement of village cash land for the construction of SUTET in Batang Regency. This type of legal research is empirical research, namely research that focuses on social facts to obtain primary data supported by secondary data. The problem in this legal research is how the implementation of compensation in the procurement of village cash land for the construction of SUTET in Batang Regency. The purpose of legal research is to find out the implementation of compensation in the procurement of Village Cash Land for the construction of SUTET in Batang Regency. Data analysis is done qualitatively to infer inductive thinking methods. This legal research concluded that the implementation of compensation in the procurement of village cash land for the construction of SUTET in Batang Regency, Central Java, especially Beji Village, Tulis Subdistrict and Kranggan Village, Tersono Subdistrict was broadly implemented in accordance with applicable regulations namely Law Number 2 of 2012 concerning Land Procurement for Development in the Public Interest, namely compensation given to improve economic life better and the stages of Land Acquisition carried out by the Land Procurement Committee have been carried out in accordance with specified procedures.
