Abstract
This research entitled “Execution Of Village Funds Application Reviewed By Principle Of Village Financial Management”. The objective of this research is to find out the execution of village funds application is appropriate or not reviewed by principle of village financial management.This research used the method of empirical legal research, and for looking for the primary data used interview, observation, and questionnaires, also for looking for the secondary data and the tertiary data, used study of literature. The research results showed that execution of village funds application in the Nglinggi Village is not appropriate reveiewed by principle of transparency, principle of accountability, and principle of participatory, even though the Village Goverment have done many effort to apply the principle of village financial management. Execution of village funds application in the Nglinggi Village is not appropriate because two factors, that are internals factors from Village Goverment of Nglinggi as low socialization about the village funds and externals factors from people of Nglinggi Village as lack of community participation.
