Abstract

This thesis is talking about implementation rights shuttle of women workers who work at night in Inul Vizta Family KTV. There are two problems which would be elaborated. The first problem is discussed about implementation rights shuttle of women workers who work at night in Inul Vizta Family KTV and the second problem would discussed about factors impeding implementation rights shuttle of women workers who work at night in Inul Vizta Family KTV. The purpose of this research include two things. The first purpose of this research is for find out the implemantation rights shuttle of women workers who work at night in Inul Vizta Family KTV Yogyakarta. The second purpose of this research is for find out factor impeding about implemantation rights shuttle of women workers who work at night in Inul Vizta Family KTV Yogyakarta. Research method using the method of empirical research literature with data collection and interviews. Respondent who used is women workers in Inul Vizta that did not receive rights shuttle facilities and General Manager of Inul Vizta Family KTV. Sources in this thesis is Head Division of Development and Supervision in Department of Labour Sleman, Yogyakarta. The methods of analysis is using inductive methods. In this thesis have been found two results of the research. (1) implementation rights shuttle of women workers is not walking properly because rights shuttle is only given when heavy rains and sick; (2) there are factors impeding implementation right shuttle of women workers who work at night in Inul Vizta Family KTV such as : factors impeding of entrepreneurs are who do not provide drivers for cars and shuttle operational are given only at any given time, factors impeding of women workers is the lack of awareness of the risks to work at night , and factors impeding of department of labor is department of labor only focuses on issues of wages and employees social security.
