Abstract

Every person deserves jobs and proper living. Workers deserves honorarium and work safety guarantees. Manpower problems such as wages, welfare, safety, and healthy security, always occurs. Workers have some possibilities to face some threat related to their health, safety and security. In this research, the writer has done a research related to how work health, safety and security are implemented in PT Indo Acidatama tbk. The researcher aims to know and analyze the implementation of work health, safety and security in PT Indo Acidatama tbk. This research is worthwhile for the science development of manpower law and also give the information related to the implementation of work health, safety, and security in PT Indo Acidatama tbk. This research an empirical research which has the focus on the social facts. The employees in PT Indo Acidatama have received their rights such as personal protective equipment and health, safe and security guarantee. However, some work accidents were happened due to worker’s lack of awareness. It can be concluded that work health, safe, and security in PT Indo Acidatama has been implemented properly as in law and regulation. Keywords : work security, work health, jobs, manpower, labor
