Abstract

This thesis discusses issues relating to the legal protection of illegal Indonesian migrant workers, along with these issues the aims also to discuss the forms of protection provided for these illegal migrant workers. The problem is based on normative legal research, the data in this thesis are collected by library research and interviews with competent speakers. The conclusion of this thesis is deductive, from the analysis of the data that illegal workers can be protected based on Indonesian national law and international treaties, and also concluded an illegal migrant worker can be fully protected to fulfill the rights of a worker such as getting legal assistance and protection of the worker's family. The principle used as a basis for protection provided to migrant workers is the principle of humanity. Key Word : Indonesian Migran Worker, Illegal, Legal Protection of Labor.
