Abstract

Guided by the Pancasila, which is the 5th precepts of social welfare for all Indonesian people. The government provides social security to guarantee that all people are fulfilled with the basic needs of their lives. The problem raised in this stud the obstacles to the implementation of the Health BPJS in the Central Jakarta BPJS of the Health BPJS in the Central Jakarta BPJS office The purpose of this research is what are the obstacles for the implementation of the Health BPJS in the Central Jakarta BPJS office which is the National Health Insurance Provider (JKN). Researchers used the purposive sampling technique of selecting informants. Researchers use "qualitative" analysis, which is data obtained based on the results of interviews. The results of the study showed that there were some common challenges in the implementation of the Health BPJS in the Central Jakarta BPJS office, namely the amount of contributions that was not appropriate, around 20% of Indonesia's population was not yet registered, the number of participants increased, the presence of adverse selection behavior and the ava facilities with constraints. occur BPJS Health seeks to overcome these challenges by requiring participants and exercising social control in order to guarantee public services and continue to develop in order to innovate to facilitate BPJS Health participants in accordance with the objectives of Law Number 24 of 2011 concerning Social Security Organizing Bodies (BPJS) based on Law Number 40 of 2004 concerning the Social Security System.
