Abstract

The purpose of this research study is to find out relationship between variables sportsmanship, altruism, courtesy, civic virtue and conscientiousness toward intention to stay generation Y (milenial) empoyees in company who located in Yogyakarta. This study used quantitative research method and subject of this study are generation Y (milenial) employees aged 20-40 years old. Primary data was used were collected using questionnaire filled in by 105 respondents.. Purposive sampling method was used to obtain the sample. Result of this study show that independent variables having the reliability including sportsmanship (X1) 0,733, altruism (X2) 0,810, courtesy (X3) 0,930, civic virtue (X4) 0,654, conscientiousness (X5) 0,668 and dependent variable which is intention to stay (Y) 0,871. F test result represent that variable sportsmanship (X1), altruism (X2), courtesy (X3), civic virtue (X4), and conscientiousness (X5) simultaneously have a significant relationship toward intention to stay generation Y (milenial) employees in company who located in Yogyakarta.
