Abstract
The Rohingya Crisis is one of the humanitarian crises that has caught the world’s attention. Over the years Rohingya people have experienced various forms of persecution and discrimination in Rakhine, Myanmar. Indonesia and other ASEAN countries are responding to the crises by adhering to the non-intervention principle in accordance with the ASEAN Charter. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze whether the non-intervention attitude of Indonesia and other ASEAN countries in responding to the Rohingya crises is against the state’s obligation to protect human rights. The method used in this legal research is juridical normative where data is obtained from statutory regulations, books, journals, and the internet. The conclusion that can be drawn from this research is that the attitude of Indonesia and other ASEAN countries that do not want to intervene in the Rohingya crisis does not conflict with the state's obligation to protect human rights because intervention is not a form of the state's obligation to protect human rights
