Abstract

Tanah Kas Desa is an important income source for a village in Indonesia especially in Central Java. The title of this paper is " Penggunaan Tanah Kas Desa di Desa Banyuraden, Kecamatan Gamping, Kabupaten Sleman Setelah Berlakunya Pasal VI Ketentuan Konversi Undang-Undang Nomor 5 Tahun 1960 jo. Surat Keputusan Gubernur DIY Nomor 82 Tahun 2003 ". The purpose of this research is to know the usage of Tanah Kas Desa in Banyuraden, Gamping, Sleman after Pasal VI Ketentuan Konversi Undang-Undang Nomor 5 Tahun 1960 juncto Surat Keputusan Gubernur DIY Nomor 82 Tahun 2003. This research used normative law research type. Data source using secondary data consist of primary law substance and secondary law substance. The research was conducted in Banyuraden, Gamping, Sleman because Tanah Kas Desa is the only Tanah Kas Desa used for patrol station. The data were analys using deductive principle to get the conclusion.. The result shows that Tanah Kas Desa in Banyuraden village, Camping, Sleman has been rented for patrol station based on Surat Keputusan Gubernur DIY Nomor 82 Tahun 2003.
