Abstract
This thesis is entitled "Aspek Hukum Perlindungan Sungai Sedau Dari Pencemaran Akibat Kegiatan Peternakan Aciok Di Kota Singkawang ". The research for this thesis is empirical legal research. The result of this thesis research is that the Sedau River Pollution is caused by various factors, especially the overflowing of the community trenches around the Sedau River which has been piled up with various wastes, especially Aciok livestock waste. The Environmental Agency has carried out Supervision of Aciok Farms on the basis of applicable legal basics.
