Abstract
The title of this thesis is the Receiving State’s obligations to Protect the Foreign Diplomatics Missions Related with the Implementation of the Externa Rationae Principle Especially on the Indonesia Malaysia Case. Then the aims of this thesis are: to know did Indonesia as the Receiving States for Malaysians has given the maximum protection for the diplomatics missions as well based on the general procedure. In this research for the thesis used the normative legal research with deductive principle. This thesis is based on the case between Indonesia and Malaysia. Indonesia as the Receiving States should protect the Diplomatics Missions who sended by the Sending States. In this thesis, only concerning about the protection based on the Externa Rationae principle. The “throwing case” who did by the demonstrans has been analogue as a humiliation for the Malaysians State. The results of this research are: that Indonesian government has given the maximum protection, but the Indonesian security power cannot reaching it at all. It’s happens because the amount of the security personnel(Police) was not equal with the mass. In the other side, Indonesia has did whatever that can be taken on that situation, like daily patrol, inteligence, etc. So the Indonesians government cannot fully blamed. The only problems is about the amount of the security personnel, so Indonesian government has good enough to protect the diplomatics missions.
