Abstract
PT. XYZ is a company engaged in package delivery services in Indonesia. This company has been serving package delivery on a national scale. In serving its customers, PT. XYZ has a website and a mobile application that can be used to find information about the company or generate a receipt number to start the package delivery process. To manage the content of its website and mobile application, PT. XYZ uses a web & app management system to modify or add to the content of some parts of the web and the application. Currently, PT. XYZ already has a web & app management system, but the system is still managed by a third party, where every improvement that the company wants to make to the system requires a large amount of money, so the company wants to have a system that is developed and managed independently. The development of the web & app management system in this study was carried out using the System Development Life Cycle method with the Agile-Waterfall Hybrid model where the analysis, design, and development stages were carried out in an agile manner, while the evaluation, implementation, and maintenance stages were carried out in a waterfall manner after all development processes were completed. done. The results of this study are in the form of system requirements and designs needed to develop a web & app management system for PT. XYZ.
