Abstract

The actions of the Myanmar military shot dead protesters who make protest the military coup is a form of human rights violations. This research want to explore how is the responsibility of the Myanmar government on the victims who died as a result of being deliberately shot by the military. The action of the Myanmar military that shoots dead protesters protesting the Myanmar military coup is in the form of human rights violations or not and a form of government responsibility. This study is normative legal research because the topic of research focuses on legal norms. Related to this research requires secondary data as the main data consisting of primary legal material and secondary legal material. Myanmar as a country must be held accountable for the crimes that befall its citizens. One form of responsibility is the act of termination, after it is stopped, human rights enforcement must also be carried out including investigations, prosecutions to the enforcement of national laws applicable in the country of Myanmar Ask the Government of Myanmar to use and enforce the principles contained in the International Human Rights Law and related to applicable principles that include good governance and principles of responsibility. The state and the government of Myanmar are more swifting in respond to the cases related of human rights.
