Abstract
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic which spreads throughout the world since 2019, Indonesian Government conducted 11u111erous discretions to reduce the spread. For instance, imposing limitation public activities in Indonesia. The limitation has affected to both daily activities and business operational. One of the impacted businesses is shipping company proofing that there ,vas an increasing time delay in delivering goods to consumers. Therefore, the consu111ers suffer lossess in material and non-material. The title of this thesis is Consumer Protection of Delay in Receiving Goods During Public Activities Limitation (PPKM) Case Study at TIKI Denpasar Branch. This research is conducted at a local shipping company-TIKI Denpasar Branch office which has been impacted by the public activity restriction in delivering goods especially with Over Night Service which serves one day delivery. The purpose of this research is to consider the degree offulfilmelll of the consioner rights concerning compensation and responsibility of TIKI to the co11sun1ers during the pandemic.
