Abstract

The development of the times cause a change of the people’s lifestyle that tend to be more quick and practical, one of them is the appearance of a snack. On the other hand, with the advances in technology make snacks can be bought by online in the marketplace, for example Shopee. However, many of the snacks that are sold in the marketplace Shopee does not have a permit circulating. Therefore, the formulation of the problem in this research is how the legal protection of the consumer snack food packaging again without the permit circulating in the marketplace Shopee. The research method used is normative legal research. The conclusion from this rsearch is that the shape of the protection of the legal given Shopee namely with the terms and conditions are based on the laws of Indonesia to organize the various aspects of the transaction, the level of legal awareness of the community in Indonesia is still low in terms of permission, as well as preventive action by Shopee in the sort of product that doesn’t have permit is also still low.
