Abstract
Problems in the land affairs in Indonesia are numerous, including the issue of the issuance of a certificate of ownership rights not in the name of the land owner in accordance with Petok D so the authors take the tittle of “Land Dispute Settlement Through Mediation In Tabanan District”. The purpose of this study is to resolve the land dispute throught mediation so that it does not recur in the future and no party feels aggrieved. As one of the most widely used methods for resolving disputes through alternative dispute resolution, mediation has the characteristics of being relatively fast, systematic, task-directed and a breakthrough method that actively involves the parties. Good faith is the success of the parties to find a solution in order to create a final win-win solution
