Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explore the impact of job stress dimension, that focus on workload, job security, and shift work, on employee performance in Couvee and Janji Jiwa coffee shop Yogyakarta. The data used is primary data. Primary data obtained through questionnaires which is distributed in Couvee and Janji Jiwa brances in Yogyakarta. The research sample is employees in Couvee and Janji Jiwa coffee shop. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research and multiple regression because this study aims to identify the relationship between variables and describe the results of the study. The results of this research shows that workload has not has a significant influence to employee job performance and job security has not has a significant influence to employee job performance. Although, the research shows that shift work has significant positive influence to employee job performance. Moreover, based on F test the results show that workload, job security, and shiftwork relationship simultaneously have significant influence to employee job performance.
