Abstract
The aim in this thesis is ti know the execute rehabilitation of naughty children at LAPAS Anak Kutoarjo and Panti Sosial Marsudi Putra "Antasena" Magelang was giving the children's rights or not. The research in this thesis used the normative legal research. The legal sources was primary and secondary legal sources. Methode of collecting legal source was conducted through literary study and interview, whereas the analized by qualitative analize method by taking conclusion deductively. The result in this thesis is the execute rehabilitation of naughty children at LAPAS Anak Kutoarjo and Panti Sosial Marsudi Putra "Antasena" Magelang still has improvements, there are several children's rights not give by LAPAS Anak Kutoarjo and Panti Sosial Marsudi Putra "A ntasena " Magelang.
