Abstract
This Legal writing entitled Juridical Review toward the Protection of Part Timer Workers' Right which is enforced by firing in PT. Federal International Finance Banjarmasin Branch. The case which would like to be studied in this legal writing is concerning on how is the legal protection toward the right of part timer workers if they are enforced by firing. This research has aim in order could be known how is the process of activity of part timer workers' right which is enforced by the firing and also the matters emerging to the workers if it was conducted by firing in one part of the company toward the part timer worker. This legal writing used empirical legal method, which in this research was more focused on the legal society's behaviour, and in this research, the data gained was primary data, i.e. the data gained directly from the result of research in PT. Federal International Finance, and secondary data as the additional data which are legal opinion, books, regulations, the judge's decision, etc. The part timer workers. Method of data analysis used was qualitative analysis, i.e. an analysis which is conducting by considering and arranging any words which are collected systematically, thus, it results a description on the matters understudied. Meanwhile the reasoning method in the conclusion used method of inductive reasoning method i.e. the conclusion from the specific characteristic which used to evaluate an incident which has general characteristic. Based on the result of this research in PT. Federal International Finance Banjarmasin Branch, it gained some cases relating to the local policy of the current company which in the implementation it is trespassing with the valid regulations. Such matters are the payment of salary which is not appropriate with the ruled wage standard. Determination of part timer workers' position in one part by PT. Federal International Finance, Banjarmasin Branch, which significantly bring a lot of suffers toward these part timer workers.
