Abstract
Land is very important for humans. Therefore, land must be utilized and preserved as well as possible in order to realize prosperity for every human being. Land registration activities are an obligation that must be carried out by Indonesian government. Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) is intended for people who do not have a certificate because the target of PTSL is all land plot that doesn’t have a certificate. Property right from the PTSL program can be used to prevents disputes and conflicts over lands. This research aims to find out and to analyze the implementation land registration of property rights in a complete systematic in the Sekadau Regency. In 2020, 2930 land plots already handed over through the PTSL program spread across 3 sub-districts and 7 villages.
