Abstract
The stages of land acquisition are requlated in Law Number 2 of 2012 concerning Land Acquisition for Development in the Public Interest, Including : Planning, preparation, implementation, and delivery of results. During the preparatory stage, the agency requiring land submits a location determination application to the governor. The Governor determines the location within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) working days from the receipt of the request for determination by the agency requiring the land.
