Abstract
Writing of law entitling LAND CERTIFICATE (PROPERTY) MASSLY AS ONE OF EFFORT TO REALIZE LAND ADMINISTRATION ORDER IN SORONG CITY PAPUA BARAT PROVINCE with problem formula is land certificate (property) massly as one of effort in realizing administration order of land. Purpose of which will be reached in this research referring to the problem formula is to know and analyses is land certificate (property) massly can realize administration order of land in Sorong City especially. This research type is empirical research that is which in basing on the basis of primary data from public as main data, and this research haves the character of descriptive analysed that is with mengambarkan what which in stating responder in writing or oral and also real behaviour, what is accurate and in studying as a fully. the Government forms Proyek Operasi Nasional Agraria (PRONA) what arranged in SK MENDAGRI No. 189 The year 1981. Purpose of performed by this PRONA aim to grow public sense of justice in the field of politics, and development is area economics. Target of land certificate (property) massly addressed to faction public of weak economics and gives service to public swiftly easy and cheap. land certificate (property) massly as one of effort to realize administration order of land.
