Abstract

This thesis is titled PRIVATLY OWNED DELEGATION WHEN GETTING FROM REDISTRIBUSTION PROGRAMME FOR GIVE SHAPE CERTAINTY AND PROTECTION OF LAW BASIC ON REGULATION FOR THE GENERAL ELECTION NUMBER 24 YEARS 1997 AT BEJI VILLAGE NGAWEN SUB DISTRICT GUNUNG KIDUL DISTRICT with formulation of problem what privately land owned when given with redistribution programme at Beji Village Ngawen sub District Gunung Kidul District already give shape to certainty and law of protection basic on regulation for general election number 24 years 1997. The deriction for knowing, inspect, and analysis what privately land owned from redistribution already given shape certainty and law protection kind of this research is empiris with law research when focused for society attitude with law premier data using as general data. Basic on result of research that all responden privately land owned already getted certificate from year 2000 until now 2009 never accusation accour third side. Because of that privatly land owned when getted from land redistribution programme at Beji Village Ngawen sub Distric Gunung Kidul Distric already gave shape certainty and law protection appropriate with general election number 24 year 1997.
