Abstract

The purpose of this research are to find out and study the practice of procuring civil servants according to the requirements for physical and mental health for women with disabilities in Sleman Regency, to find out and study what obstacles there are in procuring civil servants according to the requirements for being physically and mentally healthy for women with disabilities in Sleman Regency. The type of research used in this research is empirical legal research using primary data and secondary data. The data obtained was analyzed qualitatively. The results of this research are that the practice of procuring civil servants according to the requirements for physical and mental health for women with disabilities in Sleman Regency has not been implemented optimally due to several factors. The obstacles faced in procuring civil servants according to the requirements of being physically and mentally healthy for women with disabilities in Sleman Regency are the lack of people with disabilities who meet the educational qualifications opened in the formation so they cannot register themselves, the lack of accessible health facilities and the lack of funding for implementing protection programs and empowerment for women with disabilities.
