Abstract

With the increasing development of information technology and the needs of various sectors of life, land law is here to play an important role in the rapid development of human life. One of the programs launched by the government is land registration which aims to provide legal certainty for land rights holders by issuing land certificates. The large number of plots of land that have not been certified has led the community to form a program called complete systematic land registration so that all plots of land throughout Indonesia are certified. The type of research carried out in this research is empirical legal research which focuses on social facts in society. The data taken is primary data and secondary data. The research carried out was the Implementation of Registration of Land Ownership Rights through Complete Systematic Land Registration in Kulon Progo Regency, specifically in Banaran Village in 2021 with 32 respondents. The implementation of Land Ownership Rights Registration through Complete Systematic Land Registration in Kulon Progo Regency, specifically in Banaran Village in 2021, is in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency Number 6 of 2018 concerning Complete Systematic Land Registration. There were 1 land rights holders who experienced errors in writing land ownership physical data.
