Abstract
This research was conducted to answer one problems. Have the victims of the 2018 liquefaction disaster in Sigi Regency who received land for permanent residence obtained legal certainty or a certificate of ownership rights to the land? This research was empirical legal research which focuses on the society’s acts. This research needs primary data as its main data beside the secondary data. The data analysis used was the qualitative data analysis in which the analysis was based in the understanding and the systematic data analysis by conducting an interview and library research. The condusion can be made based in the data analysis by using inductive thinking method. It could be concluded that Not all Pombewe Phase I B permanent residential land owners from Jono-Oge village have received legal certainty.
