Abstract

The purpose of this law writing is to provide an understanding of the factors causing corruption in the Procurement of Government Service and efforts to prevent it by applying the PBJ and General Principles of Good Governance. The research method used in this writing is normative research that focuses on applicable laws and regulations. Corruption in Indonesia is very high, especially in PBJ, so it is an urgency that must be handled appropriately. Corruption in the PBJ has a devastating impact on people's welfare. PBJ is part of state development that aims to improve the welfare of the community. The lack of integrity of related parties for personal gain is an underlying factor in corruption in the PBJ. So, there is a need for eradication efforts that focus on prevention, not just enforcement by applying the principles of PBJ and AAUPB in order to achieve the goals of PBJ and to improve the welfare of the community. Therefore, intense supervision of the implementation of PBJ is needed both internally and externally. This is to ensure that the implementation of PBJ is in accordance with the principles of PBJ itself and AAUPB.
