Abstract

In fact, existing in our society matters relating to the use of official vehicles of Civil Servants of particular institutions as well as in central areas is very unfortunate, it is more real and more obvious areas. Examples of existing problems is the use of official vehicles by civil servants outside the activities office. Methods of data analysis used in this study is qualitative analysis, data obtained from research, are presented and analyzed through qualitative reasoning were many processing in drawing conclusions using deductive method, that method of thinking that applying general matters prior to onward linked in particular parts. (Originated from the submission of the major premise of the rule of law, then the minor premise is filing legal fact, of those two things are then drawn the conclusion). The notion of supervision are as diverse as "Any business or activity to determine and assess the actual facts concerning the tasks and activities, whether in accordance with proper or not. Thus it can be argued that the notion of an effort to control what had been planned before realized in the time allowed and to find out the weaknesses and difficulties in its implementation so that based on these observations can be taken any action to improve it to achieve the original shape. Civil Servants are appointed officials who are in, so these terms do not include those who had served as representative as a member of parliament, president, and so forth. Implementation of supervisory function over the use of official car of Civil Servants at Sleman regency have not technically done with the maximum of the respective Head Office is in Sleman regency. Not yet implemented controls on the use of official car in the Civil Service by the Head Office of Sleman Regency is because, regulatory oversight that is used by the concerned Head of Office is still a call and used the appointment system still makes the weak supervisory agencies exist in Sleman regency.
