Abstract
After many decades of waiting, the residence of Desa Bulupayung has finally received their freehold title in 2021, as a result of the redistribution of some former forest land in Patimuan Regency, Cilacap. The land redistribution program was initiated by the National Land Agency, under the 1961 Government Regulation no.224 regarding land division and compensation which eventually got updated, based on the 2018 Presidential Regulation no. 86 regarding land reformation.This analysis is performed to draw conclusions using the inductive method; a method to generalize what is preceived from the given facts on the field.
