Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic that hit the world caused the Indonesian government to issue Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB). This made Raisa's concert which will be held at Gelora Karno Stadium in 2020 canceled. The formulation of the problem taken is whether the cancellation of Raisa's music concert service agreement qualifies as hardship or force majeure and what are the legal consequences of canceling Raisa's music concert service agreement during the PSBB period. The research method taken is normative research. In conclusion, the cancellation falls into the category of force majeure because of the risk borne by the service provider. The legal consequence is that the service provider must be responsible for meeting these risks.
