Abstract

he thesis is entitled , The Land Office plays a vital role in resolving land disputes in Jayapura City. Its primary function is as an institution that provides information, documentation, and technical guidance related to land ownership. By managing land ownership data accurately, this office helps prevent and resolve disputes through mediation, legal consultation, and reliable administrative processes. Active involvement of the land office is crucial to ensuring justice in land ownership and supporting sustainable development in Jayapura City.
