Abstract

Legal writing, entitled Implementation of Social Security for Employees Labor Day Release In First Resources Limited Company PT. Limpah Sejahtera In West Kalimantan. Formulation of the problem is the legal writing How the implementation of Social Security Workers (Jamsostek) at PT. Limpah Sejahtera in West Kalimantan and what are the factors that support and hinder the implementation of Social Security Workers (Jamsostek) at PT. Limpah Sejahtera in West Kalimantan. This study presents empirical research that focuses on the legal norms and the study requires secondary data (source of law) as the main source. The results, implementation of social security workers (Jamsostek) on PT. Limpah Sejahtera in West Kalimantan there are already procedures in accordance with existing legislation and procedures that have not fit the social security program for staff groups, workers fixed monthly daily employee fixed is appropriate in the provision of social security programs, while for employee daily release was not registered as a participant social security workers (Jamsostek) reason companies are not included in the employee daily release social security program for reasons that are difficult registration procedures, workers are too easy to resign from one company to other companies, as well as the workers who come from low educational backgrounds where only oriented on salaries/ wages, so as not to bother if there social security workers (Jamsostek) program. Although the company's employee daily release First Resources Limited PT. Limpah Sejahtera social security workers (Jamsostek) not registered as participants, but the employee daily release there is a guarantee to protect workers who are covered by the company by reference to social security program rules.
