Abstract
This legal research focus on the role of labour union solving termination of employment problems in PD. Taru Martani. Labour is one of the biggest assets owened by a company. Regarding to it, the employes and the company should cooperate well to gain maximum profit for their own prosperitiy. Apparently, the labour is considered only as an equipment to get company's provit. Moreover, they are placed on the weak position so that the company could do everyting as their employer wants. Because, of that reason, the worker need an organization to protect them. The organization is called labour union, which is able to support and protect their rights. The roles of Taru Martani's labour union are to represent and defend their members. In this case, their member will be employed in the cooperation, but they refuse it. The Taru Martani labour organization has a task to advocate their members from the beginning to the end problem solving. The aim of this legal research is to discover the role of the labour union in assisting the labour to solve the termination of employment problem in PD. Taru Martani. This legal research uses empirical law research as it's method. This research was held in PD. Taru Martani on the labour union part. The Taru Martani's management has done many unprocedural termination of employments, so that the labour union has to defend and strunggle for the truth and the employee rights. The company side and the labour should solve this problem using the acceptable law in Indonesia.
