Abstract

Contract agreement is agreement where one of side, the developer bind itself to carry out an work for other side and contracted side accepting an determined price. In this case, becoming developer is UAJY and Toko Tekstil Ibu Kita is as contracted side. UAJY as developer side give warrant work to Toko Tekstil Ibu Kita. Both parties mutually agree to do agreement of uniform contract officer of UAJY year 2005. In execution of the agreement, in the reality Toko Tekstil Ibu Kita do not conduct the duty of better, where uniform result which sewed disagree with what was ordered by each officer. As responsibility form of hence, Toko Tekstil Ibu Kita re-improve, repairing uniform officer of UAJY which disagree with request, but after existence of repair and replacement of uniform, officer of UAJY discontented because of repair result and replacement many which not according to of the size bodies. As a result unconvinced officers again of performance of Toko Tekstil Ibu Kita With existence of conducted deny agreement, causing UAJY get loss of agreement of contract.
